ALAN HARDY Director

Part of the inaugural team when the practice was set up, Alan manages the technical delivery of our projects, overseeing a team of technical architects and technicians. He has a thorough knowledge of all things construction and is highly experienced in technical detailing having worked on many large scale commercial and hospitality projects across London since the practice began. Alan heads up our Technical Review Panel made up of senior architects and technicians, facilitating a formal internal review process for every project whereby all technical documents, drawings and specifications are scrutinized for accuracy, legibility, proficiency, coordination and buildability to ensure any inconsistencies or erroneous information is rectified prior to external release. This, along with Alan’s ability to ensure compliance with the many statutory and technical stipulations that arise across the lifetime of a project, has resulted in the delivery of many of the practice’s most successful projects including our One Pear Place development in Waterloo.

Alan is qualified as a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) and has recently completed our Ruby Lucy Hotel project in the Lower Marsh area of Lambeth.
