GLENTHORNE HOTEL

This project brings new life to a rundown terrace of five historic Victorian buildings located in Hammersmith, London. The existing buildings are split over two floors and are in a poor state of disrepair. Their minimal footprint alone limits their commercial viability for restoration and so an additional storey and rear extensions increases the site’s development opportunity.

This project provided the opportunity to explode the original intent for the buildings in order to reintroduce its historic detailing to the shop fronts that have since been lost.
