HILL TOP HOUSE PLANNING SUBMISSION

Following successful pre-application discussions with Harrogate Borough Council we are pleased to have submitted our design proposal for a fully sustainable, off-grid new dwelling in Lund House Green. Situation in a Special Landscape Area this project falls under the planning category of ‘Paragraph 79’ (previously Paragraph 55), relating to new homes within the countryside. Paragraph 79 projects come with very stringent planning constraints requiring the proposal to be ‘innovative’ and of ‘outstanding architectural quality’. Our proposal is comprised of five agricultural-style structures with purest detailing, each constructed using 3D printed sustainable panels and embedded within a bio-diverse landscape scheme incorporating natural swimming pond, reed bed filtration systems and discrete photovoltaic panels. With a strong understanding of the planning policies relating to such a project we look forward with anticipation to our discussions with the planning department.
