ABRIDGE ARTS & CRAFT HOUSE

This new build house in Abridge, Epping expands our West Essex Portfolio of successful residential projects. The house, set in generous grounds within the Metropolitan Greenbelt, provides over 6,000 sqft of residential floor space.

Following significant research into the works and techniques or Architects such as Philip Webb and Edwin Lutyens, this house reflects traditional house design from the Arts & Crafts Movement - solid in form, with steep roofs, two dominant twin-stacked brick chimneys and jettied bays.

Plain oak, red-tone herringbone brickwork, accented quoins and tanned pan tiles complete the material palette.
